And unlike the two-hour SONA, this one’s a quick two-minute read, because our mandate–– to help our University’s varsity programs––is pretty straightforward, and so is this report.

During the term of the incumbent ntgbUP Board, which began in the middle of UAAP S85, the foundation has been hard at work supporting our amazing athletes. With your help, ntgbUP turned over ₱5,410,000.00 in UAAP S85 and ₱4,337,293.00 in UAAP S86 to our Fighting Maroons! These funds are used by the teams for various purposes, such as equipment, recovery meals, and other expenses. For those who want more details, we’ve attached an image detailing the breakdown of the contributions.

The contributions are sourced from the sale of ntgbUP merch, our fundraising activities, and direct donations. But a HUGE chunk of this support comes from the sales of ntgbUP merchandise. So, a massive THANK YOU to everyone who's been repping our gear! Your love for our merch directly translates into support for our athletes. So please remember, every peso you spend on ntgbUP merch goes straight to our teams.

We started helping all our varsity teams––not just the Men’s Basketball Team––eight years ago. Now, this year is extra special as we mark our 10th anniversary. Not only that, UP also hosts UAAP S87. So we’re really excited and are already working on some cool stuff for those who bleed MAROON.
